The Dallas International Girls Cup opening ceremony was a huge success!

The Dallas International Girls Cup 2017 is underway! Our opening ceremony was a huge success with more than 200 teams from 17 countries. The ceremony had over 7000 spectators enjoying an amazing show. NIKE provided key note speaker like Jane Campbell, goalkeeper of the US National Team and Houston Dash.

There also were spectacular performances from the Big D Marching Band and the Wild Cat Wranglers, Texas’ own amazing line-dance group showing the visiting countries how we dance in Texas. But one of the highlights of the DIGC opening ceremonies was the parade of all countries. From Korea to The Netherlands back to the United States, all countries had an opportunity to show their colors with pride!
